No Flow Control
a year ago
Installed 6 months ago, looks nice but posi-temp failure in the cartridge already. No flow control or adjustments for flow, so goes through a 50 gal hot water heater in 5 mins. Do not recommend for residential applications.

This product uses a 1222/1222B cartridge to control the water temperature and pressure. If you need assistance with a replacement cartridge because your water is fluctuating or you are not getting full flow, please contact Moen directly at 800-289-6636. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm EST.

Moen Preferred over other Brands

I prefer Moen because they rarely present any problems. Our hard water is the main issue. Easy to change out and if I have to call a plumber, they are happy to work on a Moen.
