Neck pain

After two weeks of using it for about 2 hours each day , my neck is sore and red! My baby is 20lbs and I have used other wraps but this wrap is not very helpful ! Very uncomfortable.

Bought this for my newborn and sadly it’s not a win for us. There is simply not enough head support for a newborn. I am looking forward to trying to use it again in a few months though!
