The Mobile Cart Hitch Basket Carrier is a versatile solution for your travel needs. This innovative product features a push button attach and detach system, self-aligning to its mounting base for hassle-free use. The mounting base thoughtfully pivots and latches out of sight when not in use. You can customize it to your needs by interchanging wheels, tires and cargo containers. Plus, it is designed to roll through doorways measuring 26" or wider and is compatible with 2" x 2" hitch receivers. Please adhere to a speed limit of 55 mph (88.5 km) when the carrier is attached.

Here’s a polished version of your review: --- I’m not sure how valuable my review will be, as we discovered the cart had been used when we opened the box. Since it’s a half-hour drive back to the store, we decided to keep it. However, after an hour of assembling it and getting ready to hook it to the car hitch, we realized it was missing some pivotal pieces. Canadian Tire didn’t carry the part, so we had to track down the manufacturer’s email. After several back-and-forth emails providing details like the part number, store of purchase, and city, the manufacturer stopped responding. So in the end we had to disassemble it, return it, and wait another week for a new one. While the cart seems solid, it is heavy, so you have to be pretty strong to roll out the cart plus the weight you;ll have on it. I’d rate the instruction manual a 4/10.

Close but no cigar

Let me just say that although the cart/ bakery didn't work on my car it felt solid and built well. The reason it didn't work for us is because our vehicle (compact SUV) is low to the ground. I put it all together the night before going camping only to find that it wouldn't work once we were packing the next morning. Needless to say it was quite inconvenient. The box for the product should include information about minimum ground clearance in order to attach it.

compared to other cart this one is more versatile than the others. wide and deep but could have been longer to accommodate longer tools or items. detachable and mobile facilitates a lot of maneuvers at work sites too or at camping

Q: Why is there a 55mph speed limit when using the carrier? It kind of makes it unusable for long trips when driving on highways

A: I don’t understand why there is a speed limit. But it might be the same limit for all baskets just as liability issue. I put a lock on the basket retaining pin to ensure it is not going anywhere.
