Disappointed and frustrated.

I am a retired mechanic. Service department failed to add enough transmission fluid after replacingthe transmission filter. When I returned making Canadian Tire service advisor aware they refusedto even look at the vehicle. Took the vehicle to Oxford Dodge where it was done properly.

I didn't know my Dodge van power steering system had a recommendation of this Automatic Transmission Fluid and when I saw that spec I realized the fluid I used may have been too thick and became very sluggish until it warmed up. Changing the fluid fixed the noise from the front end and seems to be what I needed.

A: I don't have the container in front of me but needs to meet Shell M-L12108. I think this fluid meets BMW LA2634, does your tranny have a black tag? I've always used RAVENOL for BMW's though, you'll need 7L for filter change, check Blauparts.
