Q: I've had my cooler for 2 years and I blew out the dust in the fan cleaned it out and now the fan works the inside blows cold but not that cold and it's not keeping the food super cold like it used to. Any ideas what to do for troubleshooting

A: To improve the performance, load the cooler with food & beverages that are already cold. This way, the cooler only needs to maintain the temperature. You can also use a Mobicool AC/DC adaptor to pre-cool the cooler before you pack the cooler and put it in your car. The Mobicool Y50 AC/DC adaptor is sold separately. It is available from your local Canadian Tire store, just ask for product # 37-0149.
