Used this today to perform a drain and fill on my Acura TL with 6 speed Auto transmission. It is certified for DW-1 and is cheaper than the Valvoline brand I bought last year. I did mix about 1L of Valvoline from the old jug with about 2.5L of fresh Motomaster fluid and all is well, it shifts much smoother now and less jerky than before. Vehicle has 213K on the odometer. Let's see how long this fluid lasts!

A: This product is now made by Irving Oil and made in Canada. Previously this product was made in USA. (Valvoline Max??) It is no longer suitable for Ford vehicles requiring a Mercon LV designation.

A: Hello Volvo Power Steering Fluid is a specialty fluid and this ATF does not meet the specific requirements set out by the vehicle manufacturer so it is not recommended for use as the power steering fluid for Volvo.
