got loud after a month

At first it was fairly quiet and then it got louder after a month. It is to loud for the kitchen counter and I called customer service and they wont do anything. I wish I got the Harvest which is supposed to be quiet.

I already had a seven pod aerogarden for a few years when I purchased this one this year. This brand never fails to impress. I love how easy it is to grow my own fresh herbs in my kitchen. They take up little space. And yes while not all the seeds that come with it sprout that’s not a problem. I have extra pods for seeds that I keep in a drawer and for the seeds that do not germinate I just plant my own. Overall it’s a great unit. I love it and even bought one for a friend of mine who was having issues growing her own indoor herbs. She loves it as well. I use them year around. Would highly recommend for either those over busy people with no time to check plants in soil or those with a brown thumb.

Easy to use and set up. Seeds sprouted around the time indicated. Only think I would change is the type of seeds given with it, would like a choice of what I want to grow not things I will probably never eat. Other than that, great product. Takes up very little space, automatic timer for simulated sunlight is a bonus!
