Just add water and the mix expands up to 3 times (9.3L bag = 27.9L)
Can be used in container planing in and outdoors or directly on the ground
When used in a container the mix will hold up to 50% more water than conventional soil
When used outdoor with native soil it makes the native soil 40% lighter and creates 90% more air space for plant roots to grow
Formulated with Miracle-Gro feed, and will feed plants up to 6 months

I bought this product based on watching the commercial and with the knowledge that miracle grow has never steered me wrong and has always performed. I was wrong :( This dirt certainly doesnt 'expand' the way it claims to on tv. My husband and I put ours in as directed, watered in stages, fluffed it up as directed and barely noted any change. so we watered some more, fluffed some more and still not much change. We bought what seemed to be enough to do three planters and I still have to buy more. Better off using regular potting soil and adding miracle grow shake and feed :( too bad - potential seemed good. Heres to hoping that there is enough miracle grow in it and I dont have to buy more of that too. save your money, the only thing this will expand is your time spent dealing with it :(
