The poorest designed product

Not sure what is worse - the fact that this product was so poorly designed or that the directions mention nothing about sharpening the pencil, or the fact that the "sharpener" is worthless. Add to this, it doesn't even cover scratches as described on the packaging. The biggest waste of money

Aggravation in a small package

I finally used up a blend-fil pencil that I had for years. The replacement was a major disappointment. The recommended match was anything but a match. The filler material is way too soft and breaks off easily. I actually spent more time fighting with the dispenser material trying to expose more filler than I did driving nails. On the packaging I see that this product is made FOR Minwax. If you want to keep your reputation, you better find a new supplier. This product is darn near unusable on a sizable project.

Hard to reveal more tip of pencil without breaking off . Need better way to expose more tip of pencil.

#4 (frosted, pickled) did not work at all

The product seems dried out and waxy. I rub over the scratch and nothing sticks – at all. I tried to rub it into the scratch using the back of my fingernail. It was lumpy and didn't sit flat on the cabinet surface. Also, the color was a poor match for my pickled oak cabinets – sometimes looking too gray, also too light.
