I love it better than the C3 Excellence. It's lighter and the filter bag is a redesign that sits better inside and doesn't not leak. It's light and quiet. The exhaust air is clean too.

Miele Endures

We bought this to replace our 25+ old Miele S2 Electro Plus. The old unit performed well and believe this one will too. The new unit works well and we expect it will last as long also. Even though we have hardwood floors we wanted a power head option for future versatility. It comes with the same style power head as our older S2. Miele makes a durable machine that works well.

Found it difficult to use. Have to keep changing suction and attachments for different flooring or furniture. Having to bend down to turn on and off and change flooring type annoying. Definitely not worth the price.

Sucks like a vacuum.

It does have a lot of power, certain rugs we can’t vacuum on the setting it recommends because it sucks it in. The hose is extremely soft on the first use it crushed while moving and stopped sucking, Just have to be careful about that. The rubber bumpers on the vacuum have paint on them from the baseboard and we buy higher end paint that is tough, no damage on the baseboard from vacuum. Haven’t had it long enough to talk about the bag or hepa filter.
Design flaws…
I don’t like how the accessory’s attach to the vacuum would be nice if they could some how slide in/ had its own compartment so it’s all together.
The on off switch is a foot switch I guess? It’s kind of awkward if you are on stairs holding the can and the stick and want to turn it off. The switch could be on the head which would be much more convenient.
When you have other attachments on like the furniture one or the small space one it gets a lot louder and the bad gauge fills up even when it’s empty.
Still. Good vacuum though
