    Pile Of Junk

For a supposed "Professional" product this is garbage As others have said it feels cheap and the wheels fall off quite quickly, tightening them doesn't help as the threads strip under normal use Save yourself the hassle of this horrible product

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Cadillac of creepers

I bought mine on sale at 40% off and was pleased to find it comes assembled except for the tool tray requiring two screws. The creeper is very comfortable and the casters make it very easy to slide around under my SUV. I can see husbands using it to catch a nap hiding from the family under their vehicles-it's that nice to lie on. The only negative is its weight if one wants to hang it on a wall-it is hefty compared to plastic or wood models.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Surprisingly Poor Design and Reliability

For a premium product, the design and reliability have been shockingly poor. Things looked bad right from the start. The first thing that caught my attention is that the battery compartment is held in place on the creeper frame with a set screw, which gouges the body and wrecks the finish. Why not have a snap-in clip? Then I discovered the battery compartment is too short, so the battery retaining cap doesn't screw in fully once the batteries are inserted. But no matter, Once it's together, all should be well. Not quite. One of the LEDs in the lamp burnt out the first time I turned it on. So, I exchanged the creeper. Remarkably, the second one has turned out to be even worse! This one only lasted two weeks before ALL the LEDs burnt out! Furthermore, the two middle two castors fell off, and the other four had come loose. At least the castors would be an easy fix, right? Wrong! At first glance, it looked like the castors were attached to the frame with flat head socket cap screws (allen key drive). Nope. Flat head socket cap nuts!? I've never see the likes of these before, and I work in industry with access to all sorts of fastener catalogs. To make matters worse, the threads had stripped out of the nuts for the two castors that fell off. So, there's nothing available that I can replace the nuts with! Well, I figured I'd better tighten up the remaining four castors before the the same fate befalls their nuts. Easier said than done. You have to use an open ended wrench to prevent the castor mounting stud from rotating while you tighten the socket cap nut. But they've made this impossible with a standard open ended wrench. The gap between the body of the castor and the frame is too small to slide a wrench between! You need to either find an extra thin wrench, or grind a wrench down to fit. For the brief period of time before everything fell apart, it was a decent creeper. The adjustable head rest is nice. But the castors wheels are far too large in diameter and this results in unnecessarily high ground clearance. Unless you plan on taking this creeper off road, there's really no need to have so much ground clearance. It means you have to jack your car up even higher to roll under it. I've bought other Michelin products, and I've been quite happy with them. But this item was a complete let down. Back it goes...

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Great Creeper

Bought this creeper last week - works great! Comfortable, wheels slide around easily, and has a low profile. I'm a bigger guy, and am close to the max weight of this product, and it is quite sturdy and holds me well. :) Hangs on my garage wall for neat and easy storage.

    Yes, I recommend this product.
