Powerful Sander

Have been using to refinish old hardwood floor, does well, only complaint is it's hard to keep flat on floor. I should have went with 4 inch, but it has good power and picks up dust well.

Belt Drive Roller sleeve failed

The rubber sleeve on the belt drive roller began to back itself out after only a few hours of use and completely failed after about 20 hours of use. I returned this unit and was sent a replacement whose rubber belt drive roller sleeve completely came apart after 15 minutes of use. I am pleased with the 30-day, no questions asked warranty, but it was unfortunate that I had to avail myself of that warranty twice.
