ive bought three of these in the last 9 months, one pump went, one pressure regulator went (easy fix but $$), and the other can't power 3 roofing nailers for whatever reason, probably regulator again........back to rolair

This was an uncommon instance, as we have not heard of any other pump or regulator issues with the EC2610E compressor. Metabo HPT compressors are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date. Gold standard in gas compressors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this compressor during disaster relief work in Puerto Rico and the Bahamas. It easily keeps up with multiple roofing guns. It started on the first pull everyday.

No Receipt, no warranty!

I am absolutely sure the product is great, but the warranty is nonexistent if you don't have the receipt. In my case, new, right off the crate and great deal on OfferUp. The problem is it leaks oil right off the crate or box. Clearly not normal.

Hi there! So sorry to hear this. Our compressors are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date. OfferUp is not one of our dealers, and you bought from someone who probably had this tool with an issue. Unfortunately, that is the risk with those kinds of local buy and sell companies. It wouldn't be covered under our warranty; however, you could still take it to an authorized service center near you to have them diagnose and fix the problem so you can use this compressor in the future. You can find your local service center at metabo-hpt.com under the "Support" tab, then click on "Find a Service Center." Hope this helps.
