Align and mobilize the spine with a gently curved, padded surface that supports the body through a variety of movements. Used curved side up, it’s ideal for exercises in prone, supine and side-lying positions. Rest the barrel curved side down, and it becomes a wobble board, with a flat platform and a durable, padded base.
Stability Barrel made with EPP foam construction
Barrel padding is a 0.6" (15mm) thick, gel mat - a premium, moisture-resistant, closed-cell foam material. The slip-proof, antimicrobial, sanitary surface absorbs energy, evenly adapting to pressure, and quickly recovers its original shape once pressure is removed.
Sturdy enough to support standing and sitting positions, as well as those supported by the arms
Maximum standing user weight is 300 lbs (136kg)
Lightweight for easy portability and versatility in multi-use spaces
