Sturdy Product - Poor Instructions

I consider myself a pretty handy guy and very mechanically inclined. I thought I was following the instructions to the letter but I had to undo what I just did two times because I thought the picture was telling me one thing but it was the other. With all of the digital media and print materials we have these days, could they not have used better (and bigger) graphics in the instruction manual? There's plenty of room on the page. Besides this, the ceiling rack is very sturdy and purchasing one is highly recommended. One of the racks was slightly bent in the corner but does not affect anything.

Q: Did not find instructions in the box. The customer service rep in the store said they cannot help me. Can someone please post or email me the installation instructions? This should hold heavy things above my head in the garage, better to be secure.

  • A: When I got my box home I noticed it had been repacked,obviously a returned item.I started to assemble it but I was short pieces,was not checked when it was returned.A wasted trip to Canadian Tire,was not impressed!
