It's acceptable for indoor usage. Make sure you lock it in place before going up, it has shifted on me while going up, and I thought it was secure.

Sturdy, convenient, heavy

It's a fair bit heavier than I expected, but also very sturdy and the tray is super practical. The two lower plastic steps have a bit of give to them which doesn't inspire confidence, but I'd still prefer this over adding more weight. Collapses using buttons that are thoughtfully designed for one-hand operation. One of my buttons was a bit sticky but after a shot of silicone lubricant it operates perfectly. The ladder is very well-balanced when collapsed, so carrying it is easy despite its weight.

Q: bought this ladder last week. I love it, however I can't get it to fold. I've tried the Red Button on the Top Step to try to fold the steps & ladder, IT WON'T RELEASE & FOLD THE STEPS. HELP??? I need to FOLD IT.
