    Cheap, but wears out fast

    These are inexpensive and cut through masonry easily, but they also wear out easily. I needed 4 disks to cut two bricks out of a larger piece of masonry. Buying the metal/diamond version would have been a better value in the long run.

    Bought this to replace a similar but different brand. Used this new one once and the inner metal collar detached from the rest of the cutting substrate. Took it back for a refund and bought a more durable brand elsewhere.

    • A: The MAXIMUM Masonry Cutting Wheel, Type 1, (#54-1843) is designed for use only with a 4-1/2” angle grinder only. Due to safety, It is not recommended to use this wheel with a circular saw.
