The tap kit includes a t-type tap wrench with a tempered jaw for extra torque. Q: Can i use this set to create new threads in a hole or is it designed to be used only to clean out already existing threads?

Q: Does this set contain any dies? The images and part count seem to only indicate taps and a wrench for them but the description says "tap & die set" and "Ideal for re-threading stripped or rusty bolts and nuts" which could only be achieved with dies.
