The rubber grips, and sturdy handle

I Purchased this product, about a year ago, I did not use it commercially at all, just around the yard digging post holes, about 8to 15 times of use! I watched other video, but they used a brand new shovel even the tag and pain was still on the shovel, no wonder they gave it such a good review, lol! Well the handle held up quite well, but the part that did all the work did not, the shovel actually peel back or broke off completely, please review the video! Not sure if it was a manufactured defect or a flaw in that one shovel! Handle can be replaced, the shovel portion mean a new shovel!

I bought this shovel to do some digging in the backyard, not even 10 min digging and I bent the middle of the shovel with some wood that was in the ground.

Wanted heavy duty. Got it with these.

I purchased this set of (3) steel shafted shovels after breaking a few hardwood shafts. They're a little heavier, but a lot heavier duty than wood shafts, and penetrating the earth is easier and more comfortable with the wide foot support on the business end of these tools. I wish they made a garden fork with this shaft.

Great product, no slivers here!!

This shovel is very impressive with its slick metal handle, large blade and thick ledge on top of blade for stepping on no matter how large your feet are. We used it to move 4 yards of soil and found it too heavy for prolonged use. The handle includes ridges for excellent grip just above the blade.
