Good for the money. The shape doesn't allow you to get close to walls but the milwaukee blade that does is $90

Had to replace damaged tiles in our laundry room and this blade worked great to remove the grout around the tiles to be replaced. Fit my Makita cordless oscillating tool perfectly. Well worth the extra money.
