I bought this camera for the odd job that requires a view of a hard to reach place. Used it once and it was great, but the batteries died. I put new batteries into the unit and it didn't turn on. I took it back and swapped it for another, same thing. Tried 2 sets of brand new Duracell batteries and it still will not turn on. Very frustrating.

Don’t waste your money on this item. It’s cheaply made and didn’t even work. For a “Maximum” product, I have to say I was extremely disappointed.

Q: I purchased the maximum 4.3 inspection camera yesterday. The box says that the image can be rotated 90/180/270/360 degrees. However, pressing the image button only seems to “flip” the image 180 degrees. How do I rotate the image 90degrees sequentially ?

Q: Is the LCD Inspection camera on Item #057-4638-6 waterproof? I see Lando asked and was told it is not but package says it is? Which is true??

A: The Camera head is waterproof with an IP 67 rating. The LCD screen and housing are not waterproof.

Q: I want to use this for looking inside walls for running wire. One of the pics show it being used for this purpose, but the description says the lens is only good for 7cm. Can I see an object clearly say 6 feet away inside the wall?

A: The camera focus is set to 3 – 7 cm. Objects outside this range may appear blurred, so it's better to use the camera within this range.
