These are a good little addition for woodworkers or for flush cutting zip ties. I use them for flush cutting edge veneer when refinishing furniture and they work quite well. They produce a nice clean cut that is almost flush. Don't use them for cutting house wiring as they are not intended for that purpose. if you plan on doing any electrical work get yourself a set of linesman or diagonal pliers instead. I took off 1 star though, as they are pretty teeny though. If the cutters would have been a quarter of an inch longer they would have been perfect. When they are on sale you can't beat the price.

Low quality, didn't survive a day of light use.

A new coworker bought one of these. Used it primarily for cutting plastic zip ties. It lasted less than a day. Useless for working on electrical or tin, absolutely no way this would cut steel more than a few times. Sloppy hinge action, poor cutting edge, struggled to cut plastic, and metal flaked off the blade after cutting high gauge copper wire. It might survive one or two light duty crafting projects, but it will just waste your time if you buy it for construction work of any kind.

No, I do not recommend this product.
