Heavy duty and reliable

I absolutely love this jack stands!!! The design is the best in my opinion among all other jacks: 1) it made of aluminium, so won't rust and you do not need to check rust inside; 2) a stainless steel pin is put in the middle of jack. I bought it on clearance sale for $80 (regular price was 145), check individual stores.

Q: What are the dimensions of the flat part of the saddle (without upward curved section)?

Q: I notice the aluminum saddle gets marred from use. Is this normal and I wonder what the long term effects of this might be?

A: While using jacks, jack stands and other lift equipment, damage to the paint finish is common and will not affect the performance. If you are experiencing more significant damage than marring of the finish, the manufacturer of these jack stands would like to learn more.
