The fits crimp it broke on me at the tip, I lost the receipt and I have no interest in trying a new one

It feel like a quality piece of equipment. I love my pair. No ideas why they are discontinuing it. I could see that perhaps if someone isnt careful, they might accidentally cut a wire they mean to strip. If you make that mistake you should probably actually look at what you are working on or lay off the alcohol, lol

it multi function abilities worked flawless, only issue i had was that the cutter was a tad small for some of the wire i cut on a regular basis, but with that being the only issue i had to have to make a second cut i keep these as my main tool in the tool bag now.
