Poor quality air chisel

The unit worked properly for about 1/2 hour. After that point it required frequent tightening of the barrel. About 1/2 past that, the chisel would quit, and loosening, followed by tightening to restart the chisel worked for about another 15 min.
So new machine, 1 1/4 worth of work. Hoping to return for a replacement.
The balance of the rest of the kit looks good, but I have not yet had the occasion to put it to the test.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Why didn't I buy this kit sooner?

I've been struggling with the low price/low quality impact kit for years. It was ok for the price but didn't work well on harder jobs. After struggling with multiple bolts on a difficult job I finally decided to invest in this kit. And just by luck it was on sale! Got home and completed the job in no time. I have only tried the impact gun so far. I thought that it would use more air than the cheap version I had but it is the exact opposite. Because it removes the bolts much quicker, the air consumption is reduces greatly. I could not remove even 5 bolts on a wheel before but with this one it's not a problem.

Bought this set on sale, I maintain and service 5 cars and one tractor and was surprised at how powerful and how much torque the tools supplied. I cannot say how they will last as I have only used it this winter season but if they continue to work as well as they do now I will be quite satisfied

J'ai essayé tout les outils et ils vont vraiment très bien. L'impact est plus que très puissant, beaucoup plus que mon ancien. Aucun boulon ne lui résiste. Quand il vient en spécial, ça vaut la peine.

Q: GUN Req's 5CFM - Compressor 5.2SCFM Tools are spelled out in CFM while compressors are showing SCFM. Can you tell me what the 1/2 gun 5.0 CFM converts to in SCFM? at 70F, no humidity, normal barometric pressure

A: In order for the pairing of these tools to work properly the impact wrench needs to be at 3.7CFM @90PSI, and the compressor showing 5.2 SCFM. The Air tool uses CFM as it’s based on working pressure, and the compressor uses SCFM for standard pressure.

Q: 80-pc pic, s.v.p.? Is it possible to get a few pictures of the whole kit instead of just the impact driver? (Don't be afraid to add as many pics that your budget will allow - you might be able to save some money on the returns ....)
