Too bad can't put 0 Star

Can't put a 0 star. Bought this to remove seatbelts bolts and broke with first bolt. Just used ratchet bar, no impact. Cannot return after opening package as per Canadian Tire return policy even though the product is no good/defective. I do not need a replacement if product cannot perform adequately.
