Very well made. All bits fit precisely like a premium tool should. Comes in a blow-mold case - which is overkill. Can easily stored and accessed if you use a socket rail. No need to keep a small set of sockets in a case this this. Also comes with a hand driver. The hand driver is a waste of space if you ask me. Anytime I need a 3/8" drive socket, I need some torque. A hand driver will not supply this kind of torque. Did not come with a ratchet. The quality of the sockets are shop-quality. But the case and hand driver suggests this is marketed as home-quality.

Solid robust bits

The bits and the and case are top notch. The handle seems a little lacking, but as most people will use this with a ratchet, the handle will seldom be used.
Not hard to use, if you remember "Lefty-Loosey" and "Righty-Tighty", you'll do fine....oh. and by the way, don't open the case upside down, or you will be playing 21 driver bit pickup.
