It was a hit and miss trip for me. The associate gave me the wrong charger for my grinder, some of the fault was mine, but I had to make a return trip to St. John’s ( 80 km) to bring back the maximum chsrgrr ( won’t fit a mastercraft grinder battery) but the good news, I purchased a charger and spare battery for only 10$ more than I paid for the maximum So 👍👍👍

The old 3 light system worked better because you can see when you're at 80 percent charged and go again and this new one just flashes green without deviating till it's fully charged so you can't have an idea where you are in the charge cycle..

Maximum battery incompatability

Tour Maximum product line is generally fantastic and I have been purchasing them for over 5 years now. I recently purchased your cordless Vaccum. It has s NOT compatable with the new 5 amp battery pack. It is slightly longer than the 4 Amp battery pack. Furthermore the new 5 amp batteries are not compatible with the original battery chargers. It took me several weeks to sort all this out. Very very frustrating. It is even more frustrating as all of these incompatible products were on the shelf at the same time, with no obvious notations about the potential for obsolescence. And how do I explain and return all of these products after i have used them and found out the various compatibility issues. Especially as, frankly, your return policies are not aligned with present day competitors.
I am disappointed by CT apparent inability to handle what is perhaps a necessary change without proper understanding the effects on it’s customers.
