The MAXIMUM 145001-pk is a 3 V lithium-ion rechargeable battery equipped with a USB direct charge design. This versatile battery can be charged using a computer, wall charger, in-car charger, or portable power bank with a USB input voltage of 5 V. It features a helpful LED charging indicator, turning red while charging and green when fully charged. With 500 full charging cycles, this battery offers long-lasting power. Got this on sale with the coast HX5 Flashlight. works great with it and now the Flashlight can reach an output of 410 lumens with this 14500 battery as opposed to only 180 with the standard alkaline AA that's originally included. i did run a capacity test on the battery twice and got 810mAh or 2.91Wh at a 500mA discharge. I can definitely recommend this battery. keep in mind this is a 3.6v battery with the exact same dimensions as a normal AA or double A battery it's not your normal traditional 18650 like another review mentioned thinking it was. it is the exact same size as a standard AA battery but with a significantly higher nominal voltage of 3.6V as opposed to 1.5V so this is something to keep in mind as some devices may get damaged if such a battery is used so it's best to check the device manual beforehand.

Not an 18650

The package says 18650 replacement, but it's not. An 18650 should be 18mm diameter by 65mm long, this is 70mm long which means it will not fit in lots of things designed to take a proper 18650.
