Q: Is it marked in Nm on the reverse?

    2 Answers
    • A: If you zoom over the picture shown you can just see the Nm scale on the bottom of the handle. The CT team could not differentiate between reverse and bottom, which means that the person who gave the answer does not know what a torque wrench is, or looks like. Bet this gets vetoed.

Q: Can I uses this on car tire lug nuts?

    2 Answers
    • A: What lug nuts require no more than 16.8 foot lbs of torque ( 200 inch lbs) and what 18-22 mm sockets fit on a 1/4 inch drive torque wrench? For torquing wheel nuts you need a 3/8 or better yet a 1/2 inch drive torque wrench with a torque range between 25 or 50 to 100 to 250 lb feet. This inch lb torque wrenched are for spark plugs, or fasteners that require no more than 200 linchpin lbs ( 16.8 ) of torque.

Q: Looking for a Torque Wrench accurate down to 15lbs (for spark plugs ON TRUCK and smaller bolts on my motorcycle) This one advertised from 40-200lbs, is it useless below 40lbs or less accurate below 40lbs?

    1 Answer
    • A: You are mixing inch-pounds and foot-pounds units. (Conversion: 12 inch-pound = 1 foot-pound). If this wrench is advertised as 40 to 200 inch-pounds range, that would convert as 3.3 to 16.6 foot-pounds range.
