My Go-To for Fly Fishing

Been using Maxima for my leaders when fly fishing for almost 40 years and will continue using it. I’ve used a couple other brands with success but I always go back to Maxima. I salmon fish with 6 lb. test for my leader and have never had it break (unless there was a wind knot in my line). Highly recommend!

Wish I kept receipt to bring back, leader snapped every time I tied a fly on, I can only assume it was old stock and dried out, last time I’ll buy leader at Canadian Tire, friend of mine purchased same 6 lb leader at Canadian Tire and experienced same problem as we were fishing together on Nothern Peninsula……very disappointed
