Q: Is there any way to increase the hot water temp? The specs say that the hot water should be between 194-201*F. However mine is coming out around 165*F, which is not hot enough to brew tea. I'm just trying to figure out if I should exchange it or what.

      Q: We bought a Vida Water Cooler Paderno for which we cleaned it for the first time following the instructions to the letter. After doing that we put a fully loaded 18 liters water bottle underneath the machine and it doesn't pump the water into it.
