Damaged in box

Bought this item since it was on sale but after reading the reviews about people getting home and opening the box and it being damaged I did so at the store and glad I did. The bottom had a big dent and scratch. Would have needed to drive back 2 hours to the store to exchange it if I wouldn’t have did so. After I for the new one and set it up the second drawer would not open. I had to use a crowbar in Pride it open and then fix all of the mechanism because the lock was catching and not unlocking fully.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Box works and functions as it should. Though the box has a bit of a twist so it doesn't sit flush on the bottom section. Overall good tool box for the price.
