Works Well for Low Ceilings and Remote Monitoring

Installation was very smooth with clear instructions. The side‑mount design works well for my low‑ceiling garage and keeps the overhead area clear. The opener is noticeably quieter than a traditional ceiling‑mounted unit. The Noma iQ app is useful, especially for checking whether the door is open or closed and reviewing activity, which helps on days when I forget to close the garage.

Excellent product, much quieter than ceiling mount

Easy to install as it is very small and powerful enough to lift my double door. It is very quiet, you could hardly hear the opener, but now you hear the door hinges and rollers. Love the LED light, compares to other smiliar openers on the market, this one has built-in light, making installation less complicated and less wiring. Wall console is also wireless, making my garage nice and clean, without messy wires.

Not reliable. Mastercraft should pay attention to its reputation when it sells this opener. The unit I got just works well less than one month. This opener cannot close my door properly right now. I don’t trust the quality of mastercraft any more.

not easy to work well

I got a lemon. the button on the panel has no response when press on it. unplugged and plugged in, not ok. I tried so many times, and finally, some parts get burn out inside. no light on the panel any more. \pice of junk.. don t waste time on it.
