    The problem with the easy change mechanism is that it is made of plastic and it breaks after only a few uses. I would never buy anything like this again. It is going to the landfill. Shame. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star rating.

    Q: How does the quick blade change mechanism work? I can't seem to lock the blade in place.

    • A: Hi, I hope you have had your question answered by now. If not, here's a helpful hint to operate the knife . To change the blade, push on the black plastic push button, located on the folding portion, it will release the blade to turn it around or totally exchange it. the spare blades are located in the handle and releases by pulling it up at the half way point. It has a picture of a blade at the point you pull up. Hope this helps you. Dave
