I bought this 2 weeks ago and it was easy to install by myself. It works like a dream and gives me peace of mind. Easy to use too.

NOT RECOMMENDED for AirBnb

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS. I bought it to leave a key for AirBnb guests to my rental suite. But they all have problems. First, if they make a mistake with the code, they have to reset it to try again. But the Reset button is not visible and not labelled as a reset button. So I have had guest have to phone me to come unlock the box for them. Not happy. Also, the ones who do open it successfully, are all unable to close it back up again. Because you have to press Reset, then re-enter the combination, just to close it. When my guests leave, I want them to lock the key inside the lockbox again. But not one has been able to figure that out. I suggest you spend a little more money and buy a better model somewhere else.

Only had installed for 24 hours. For some reason you have to enter your code to close the box, what that about ???

Dust Cover is a little flimsy.

The. Unit itself is quite robust and it all works well, however, what they call the Dust Cover is quite flimsy and separated from the unit when I was doing the instal. The location I was doing the instal is quite far from a Canadian Tire so I decided to complete the install which the cover “as is”.
