    Open Top Tote Tool Bag.

    Purchased 2, one for my loose tools and one for my garden hand tools. Seems pretty decently made. Bigger pockets on the side would have been handy as well as one that snaps, Velcros or zips shut. No complaints on price as it is half the price of most others out there.
