Tool boxes don't stay in one place. The bottom is steel hollow, should scratch table tops. There is no way to attach wheels so I had to make a steel plate to fasten wheels. The drawers do not come out so there is no way to attach wheels. The top does not latch so lifting cannot be doen from the top and I made handles to attach to the sides. I have 2 medium tool boxes and got 2 of these to separate SAE anf METRIC. wrenches allan keys etc.
