Q: Is this unit interchangeable with the Craftsman Diehard 16V Lithium-Ion Compact Battery Pack I am looking at the pictures of both and they seem to have an identical setup (the craftsman is smaller overall) but the area where it attaches to the tool or charger looks identical.

A: While the two batteries are similar, the Maximum 14.4V battery pack was designed to meet Canadian Tire specifications and the Craftsman 16V battery pack was designed to meet Sears specifications.
