I bought this because of some star heads I had on the vehicles. It is a decent set, the heads are reasonably well made and the driver grips well. The case is a little flimsy and the cover has already cracked.

I have had two of these because i lost one. It is a great bang for the buck, but, there are much better ones out now that are easier to use. Carrying the case around with all those bits isn't fun and eventually you'll lose alot of them. On the bright side, the screwdriver itself isn't bulky due to internal bit storage. I still use mine, but i have the mastercraft maximum quick loader now that i love.

J'ai ce petit kit aimanté et je l'adore, c'est beaucoup plus léger et compact que les gros tournevis que les embouts sont cachés dans le manche! J'ai aussi un kit de vrais tournevis Mastercraft 50 pièces, mais ce petit kit me sert très souvent également, je le garde pas trop loin dans un tiroir de la cuisine pour les ajustements rapides d'une minute! Je vous le recommande.

Q: Does the "magnetic" part refer to how it holds actual screws or just the bits? I want a screwdriver that magnetically holds screws in place so they won't fall off, not just the bits (I work in confined areas where it can be hard to line up a screw).

A: The magnetic driver is used for holding the bits that have a magnet inside them thus the bits will hold the screw. You must be aware of what the screws are made of. The magnets will work with steel or iron. Copper or Stainless steel can not be held by a magnet. Also, if the screws are very big and heavy the magnet may not be able to hold them. We recommend that you test the screws before you get into a confind space.
