It's made with durable, heavy-duty plastic designed to withstand the elements, and a snap-lock lid to keep contents secure in rugged conditions. For added convenience, you can securely stack multiple boxes using the built-in ridges that also align with the 102L Mastercraft box.

Q: What is the likelihood of these cracking in freezing temperatures (e.g. stored in shed, garage). Would Rubbermaid be more practical in this respect?

A: This tote isn't too bad, but the Rubbermaid are MUCH better at lower temperatures. These ones are more likely to shatter at low temperatures.
