rough finish

sliced my finger on the metal first use. Ladder metal is very rough and sharp and does not have a clean finish at all. Several areas has sharp edges. Returning this ladder for a new one

I bought the 32" extension ladder last month, I paid fee for ladder and delivery, but The Canadian Tire store in Richmond Hill was unable to deliver the ladder to me. I was so frustrated with the store services. Then I went to the store and returned the ladder.
