No photo of me using it but the sheer price to refil ratio is worth it and it normal weight not the flimsey disposable plastic type.

Liked the old design better

Liked the previous design better, it had a place to put the extra blades. The multiple blade positions might be good for some but I never use them.

Q: What are the four locking positions good for? Aside from fully open, this doesn't seem to be useful?

1 Answer
  • A: Hi Mike, The second to last locking position can be useful while being used to open boxes etc. as it puts the blade at an angle that is commonly used by other utility knives, as far as the other locking positions you are correct in that they don't provide much function but at one point were likely an added safety feature. There is a nwe version coming out in the summer of this that will not have the additional locking positions. Cheers, Jake

Q: How does 1 change the blade?

  • A: If you open it with the blade to the left and handle to the right, there is a diagram. You just slide up the thing to the left of the diagram and it releases the blade.

Q: What kind of the trapezoid blades does it take? The ones with 1 hole, 2 holes, or 3 holds on the top edge of the blade? I used up all of my blades and threw them out before I looked at them. Now I can't find any blades that aren't loose.

1 Answer
  • A: It will work with Trapezoid utility blades with 2 holes.
