Broke after one month.

Lifetime guarantee and it broke in less than a month. I returned it instead of exchanging it as the grapper part that broke was plastic and I thought it will probably break again.
Disappointed as I wanted the extra length. Can purchase shorter ones elsewhere for much cheaper.

If you're a short petite girly you need this!!! Best tool that i didnt think I needed in my life. I hate grabbing chair or step tool but this one is time saving and easy to used!
