Good choice

Used to prepare stair bannister spindles for painting. The brush was flexible enough to prepare the various contours without damaging the wood. Care must be taken not to stay in one spot or exert too much force.

Great tool to clean your BBQ

I used this tool along with a different shaped tool from the same manufacturer to clean a stainless steel BBQ and its stainless steel grilles. They were covered in baked on grease and BBQ sauce that had been left for days after grilling. I soaked the grilles overnight in a degreaser which didn't take the grease off at all. This wire tool attaches to a battery powered drill and the drill rotates the brush. You control the speed and pressure. Simply hold it against the grilles, etc. and let the tool grind the debris off. It took a lot of patience, and it was a bit of a work out, but eventually the brass wire brushes did the job. The BBQ looks practically new. If you keep this up your BBQ never has to look disgusting. A word of caution, this tool is appropriate for a high quality stainless steel BBQ. I do not know if it would damage cast iron grilles. The manufacturer also has several nylon brushes that may be more appropriate.
