Q: Wondering if anybody can tell me how one is to attach a file to the handle? There is no information on this and I cant get it to work. I've tried twisting the knurled end of the handle down near the jaws and it won't turn. Tried pushing and pulling.

A: Hi Briantrac, on the rear part of the handle, there is LOOSE and TIGHT sign. Please twist the rear part of the handle to attach the file to the handle or extract.

Q: About a month ago I purchased your 10 piece file set (Product # 058-2810-4). I seem to recall the package indicated the file set was for metal. I guess I'm asking if these files are meant for wood shaping (also)? Thanks
