An integrated laser guide ensures accurate alignment, with positive stops at the most common angles. Rubberized handles provide comfort and control, with an electric brake for rapid blade stoppage. Telescoping wings support longer workpieces, and the 60T carbide-tipped blade stays sharp on repeated cuts.

Impossible to get a precise cut.

This is the worst power tool in existence. And it's expensive! Do yourself a favour and never buy this. I won't even sell mine, I'll just throw it in the trash so that no one has to go through the pain of trying to get a precise cut with it. I calibrated it and 12 hours later it was out of whack. If you do not care at all about your finished product, please go ahead and buy this. If you care at least a little, you will make yourself miserable trying to use this.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Over the years I have purchased other master craft mitre saws. They are still in working order as I have passed them on to family members. I have put a lot of time on cutting wood with them. I can’t recall any issues with them. Very reliable and good quality.

A: It does not come with an adaptor that you can hook up a vacuum hose if you have the right diameter to the sawdust bag it’s not perfect but it does help. Other than that the saw itself is a fantastic tool, Well worth the price.

Q: I have misplaced my manual and can't figure out where the battery compartment is for the laser. Where to locate and how to replace the laser batteries please?

A: The laser is powered through the ac plug. If your laser isn’t working it may be defective or covered in sawdust. I’ve had to brush mine off from time to time. The laser must be serviced by the manufacturer. I have my manual if you live in the Durham region you are more than welcome to look at it.

Q: The saw only tilts on 1 side for bevel cutting and for that side too it does not tilt all the way to 45 degrees for bevel cuts. Any suggestions?

A: Are you sure it's not working? Mine frequently gets sawdust on the lense and I have to pick it off. If that's not the case and the switch is on and the wiring to the laser is good than yeah its not working.

Q: I can only do a bevel cut to the left up to 33.9 degree, but I cannot do any bevel cuts to the right. It stops at 0 degrees. What is the solution to this problem.

A: loosen the saw from the back and move it slightly now you should be able to pull the blue knob and move the saw to the right or left
