Product is nearly useless. If not cutting through loose soil catches and doesn't cut well. Only benefit is this tool attachement can be discarded and power head used for other tools.

Great for small gardens

I used this for trimming the edges of sidewalk and driveway, its straightforward to use and quite lightweight to carry around. Its easy to swap from string to edger trimmer, and can be connected easily

The edging attachment is oddly satisfying

Loved it. It gave the lawn edges such a clean, finished look and instantly made everything feel tidier and more polished. The attachment was easy to connect to the power head, lightweight to maneuver, and simple to control while edging along the driveway and walkways. The adjustable design was a nice feature and made it easier to get consistent lines. Honestly, this ended up being one of our favourite parts of the whole system. If you already have the Mastercraft Connect system, this is definitely a worthwhile attachment to add.

Lightweight, Easy to Control

The Mastercraft Connect 9-in Adjustable Edger Attachment does a really nice job giving sidewalks and driveways that clean, sharp lawn edge without much effort. Its lightweight, easy to control, and the adjustable depth helps keep things looking neat instead of overcut. Works best for regular maintenance rather than super overgrown edges, but for everyday yard cleanup it gets the job done well. Overall, its a handy add-on if you already own the compatible Mastercraft multi-tool system.
