I have a few of these heaters and they work well. I use them in the winter in my pump house to keep my water well and components from freezing. The thermostat makes it nice to regulate the temp.

Good for small rooms or if in close proximity like working under a car and having it next to you. Wish the fan speed would be a little bit higher to send the heat a little farther

A: Shuts off when reaches heat setting. When the unit reaches extremely high temperatures the heaters thermal fuse will shut off permanently for safety. Best not to leave unattended, like most electrical devices.

A: It says 3 feet clearance, but don't waste your money on this heater. It won't warm anything up more than 1 foot away!

A: It does not give specific temperature given that it works by sensing the temperature of the space it is in. There are only 4 settings and that includes OFF. The HI setting (double flame far right) has the highest intensity and will heat up fast. The lower setting (single flame) is used once the room is comfortable and then the temperature dial on the right would be dialed back until the heater shuts off. You have now set the temperature you want the heater to maintain in that room.

A: Honestly, I wouldn't be as concerned with the airflow as much as the heat output. With 120v heaters there is a significant trade off between airflow and heat produced. I've had higher airflow heaters, but the element can't keep up with the fan, and precious available watts are used up pushing lukewarm air around!
