je suis allé au magasin de Rivière-du-Loup ce p m Celui qui me semble un assistant gérant a rafusé de m' aider et m' a envoyé voir une vendeuse qui n' était pas dans son département et que j' ai du chercher moi meme dans tout le magasin. Elle a refusé de commander une pièce de souffleuse que vous n' aviez pas et que je n' ai pas réussit a commander sur votre site Je l'ai acheté dans un autre commerce. Je trouve caa tgrès déplorable

Q: why do this kit have a boxed end ratchet wrench that don't fit anything in the kit. if this boxed end was 1/4" you could use it to loosen tight screws.
